Disposition versions
375. For the purposes of this Subdivision, the expression “reception centre” does not refer to a reception centre which operates without receiving sums of money derived from the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
375. For the purposes of this Subdivision:
(a) the expression “reception centre” does not mean a reception centre which operates without receiving sums of money derived from the Consolidated Revenue Fund;
(b) the expense allowance of an adult accommodated shall be $260.
The amount referred to in subparagraph b of the first paragraph is indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9). The amount so indexed is rounded off to the nearest dollar.
375. For the purposes of this Subdivision:
(a) the expression “reception centre” does not mean a reception centre which operates without receiving sums of money derived from the Consolidated Revenue Fund;
(b) the expense allowance of an adult accommodated shall be $245.
The amount referred to in subparagraph b of the first paragraph is indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9). The amount so indexed is rounded off to the nearest dollar.
The amount prescribed in this section have been indexed as of 1 January 2019. (see I.N. 2020-12-10)

The amount referred to in subparagraph b of the first paragraph is indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).
375. For the purposes of this Subdivision:

The amount referred to in subparagraph b of the first paragraph is indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).

(b) the expense allowance of an adult accommodated shall be $209.
The amount referred to in subparagraph b of the first paragraph is indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).

The amount referred to in subparagraph b of the first paragraph is indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).

The amount referred to in subparagraph b of the first paragraph is indexed on 1 January each year according to the Pension Index established pursuant to section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).
